Vets On Set is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering veterans by connecting them with job opportunities in film, television, live events, and sports production.

Our focus is on practical training and education, but we do not operate as a traditional school or university. Instead, we function as a job program that leverages the expertise of active industry professionals to help veterans transition from educational backgrounds or other professions into successful careers on set or with our production partners. Founded in 2011 by Dave Rosen and his Navy veteran father, Roy Rosen, Vets On Set has consistently upheld core principles centered around support and development for veterans.
